Buy Walmart Seller Accounts: Approved Stores That Move to You

We sell aged Walmart Marketplace accounts that Walmart has already approved. What you inspect before paying, how the transfer into your company runs, how Walmart pays, and what protects you.

Buy Walmart Seller Accounts: Approved Stores That Move to You

The Short Answer

We sell aged Walmart Marketplace accounts that Walmart has already approved, inspected live on a call before you pay, then moved into your own company. The transfer runs 2 to 4 weeks standard and 4 to 8 weeks realistic, because Walmart's review sets the pace, not us.

An aged account is a seller account opened years ago that already carries its approval, its selling history and its performance record. You skip the waiting a brand new store goes through.

We have sold 1,700+ aged Amazon, Walmart and eBay seller accounts since 2020. Amazon is our core business. Walmart is a newer addition for the same buyers, and we run every Walmart transfer by hand.

This is for sellers who want a working Walmart store now, or a second marketplace next to Amazon. If you want to sell an account, go to Cash For Stores at cashforstores.com.

The Walmart numbers worth remembering. 2 to 4 weeks - standard handover of a Walmart account; 4 to 8 weeks - realistic, when Walmart's review takes extra cycles; 14 days - Walmart's payout cycle, settled on alternate Fridays; 30 days - after delivery, when support ends, or at your first sale if that comes first

Why Buy an Aged Walmart Account Instead of Applying?

An aged Walmart account has already been approved, so the review a new seller waits on is behind it. A new seller applies and waits for Walmart's review, then sits under a rolling payment delay that ends 90 days after its first order ships and once it has received a set amount in payments.

To apply, a new seller creates the account, then verifies the business, sets up shipments and payments, and uploads a catalog; Walmart's New-Seller Savings 2026 page lists these steps and points to its registration guide for help. One line from the guide matters for buyers abroad: "If you’re based outside the U.S., you’ll need to provide additional verification as listed below, as well as location-specific documentation."

Walmart describes the new-seller hold this way on its new seller payment hold policy page: "All Marketplace sellers are subjected to a payment hold, also known as a rolling delay of payments."

How Does Walmart Pay Compared With Amazon and eBay?

Walmart pays on a fixed two-week cycle, with settlement closing on alternate Fridays. In our experience an established account is paid its whole settlement, though Walmart may hold a reserve. Amazon also settles every two weeks but holds each order until seven days after delivery. eBay pays daily by default but holds funds on accounts it does not yet trust.

Walmart's payout page says it in one line: "Generally, payout occurs biweekly (every 14 days) unless alternate arrangements are made." That is a schedule you can plan stock around.

It is not a promise of zero holds. Walmart's own page is clear: "It is a normal part of selling on Walmart Marketplace to see an account-level reserve in your statement summary."

Does account age change itNot the cycle; the new-seller delay ends 90 days after the first order shipsNo, every account since March 2026No. Recent, clean selling decides it.

Walmart has far less traffic than Amazon. Our own rough estimate is about a tenth. So treat Walmart as a second channel next to an aged Amazon account, not a replacement for it.

Is Buying a Walmart Seller Account Allowed?

Walmart approves or refuses the change of owner through its own case, which needs a signed letter of authorisation and a current state Certificate of Good Standing. We tell you before you sign that Walmart can refuse the case. We file it and run it for you.

We do not hide the change of owner. The ownership data on the account is changed into your company through Walmart's own case, and Walmart can require the letter to be signed by an officer of your company. The case can drag on. We keep you updated while it is open.

There is a second risk, and it sits on Walmart's side. Walmart runs enforcement sweeps, such as "Business Impersonation" in April 2026, and an account hit by one generally cannot be appealed or reinstated. It is rare, but it is real, and it is Walmart's call.

If you want a legal view on your own situation, ask your own lawyer. We can tell you how the transfer runs.

What Changes Hands, and What Stays With the Account?

The account stays as it is: its age, its approval, its selling history and its record, in the exact state you inspected on the demo. What changes is everything that names the owner: the company on file, the primary contact, the email, phone and 2FA, and the payout account, which is opened in your own company's name.

2FA, two-factor authentication, is the second code a login asks for after the password. We move it to you during the handover.

What stays with the store and what moves to you. Record: Stays with the account Age, approval and selling record, Moves to you Nothing, it stays as inspected; Owner: Stays with the account The store and its record, Moves to you Your company on file; Contact: Stays with the account The store as inspected, Moves to you Primary contact, email, phone; Login: Stays with the account The account itself, Moves to you Your password and 2FA; Money: Stays with the account Walmart's payout cycle, Moves to you Payout account in your name

The payout account is always yours, never ours. Walmart pays through the Walmart Marketplace Wallet or an approved provider such as PayPal or Payoneer, one method at a time. Most of our buyers use Payoneer. You complete Payoneer's identity check yourself, photo ID and a selfie, and you add your own bank details to it.

One question buyers ask: does the new-seller payment hold start again under a new owner? Walmart publishes no rule on it, and we have not seen it restart. We do not promise either way.

What Our Walmart Accounts Carry

Age and the size of the selling history differ from one account to the next, so we match from stock to what you sell and show you the real account on the demo.

What to Check Before You Buy Any Walmart Account

Whoever you buy from, check these on the live account, not on a description of it:

  • Live approval status. The account is approved and selling on Walmart today.
  • Recent sales. The account worth buying is the one selling now and cleanly.
  • Performance record. Walmart's payout page says high return or chargeback rates may lead to payment suspension, delays or permanent non-payment.
  • No open enforcement. On the live account, no enforcement action is open and payments are not suspended.

On our demo we screen share the real account, so you check each of these yourself before you commit.

How Does the Purchase Run, Step by Step?

You tell us what you sell, we match a Walmart account from stock, and you inspect it live on a call. Then you sign the Deal Agreement, pay, fill in two onboarding forms, and we run the transfer with Walmart by hand. You get your credentials at delivery, with a walkthrough for your first login.

The full process, for every marketplace, is on how buying works.

How buying a Walmart account runs. Choose your account - We ask about your model and match from stock.; Live demo - We screen share the real account before you commit.; Deal Agreement - Account, price, timeline and refund terms, signed.; Payment - Upfront, directly to us.; Onboarding forms - Your entity details, photo ID and a bank statement.; Transfer - Walmart case, authorisation letter, payout switch.; Delivery - Credentials and a first login walkthrough.

The Walmart part runs in a set order: the Walmart case for the ownership or primary contact change, the signed authorisation letter, the Payoneer identity check, then we switch the payout bank details last. We prepare both documents and tell you who has to sign. You attach them to your reply on the case.

What we need from you:

  • Government ID and business documents. The ID has to show front and back, so a driving licence works better than a passport. An expired document is refused.
  • Your operating entity, any type, with its EIN and US business details.
  • Your signature on the transfer documents we prepare for the Walmart case, when they are filed.
  • A reply within 3 business days whenever Walmart asks for something.

One detail catches people out. When the payout details change, the last step of the transfer, Walmart sends the verification code to the previous owner, not to you. We agree a time with them so the code is passed on the moment Walmart asks, and we make the change with you at the same time. You get a status update from us every business day until delivery.

What Protects You If Something Goes Wrong?

The Deal Agreement. It locks the account, the price, the payment terms, the timeline, the support window and the replacement and refund terms before any money moves. If we cannot deliver, we source an equivalent replacement first, and if none is found within 30 days, you receive a full refund.

Payment goes upfront, directly to our company, Seller Solutions Global LLC, by wire, ACH, Zelle, card via Stripe, or crypto in USDT or USDC only. Card carries 3 percent on US-issued cards and 4.5 percent on non-US cards. The rest carry no fee.

The support window ends 30 days after delivery or at your first sale, whichever comes first. It covers transfer-related Walmart requests. It does not cover anything your own selling triggers.

What Does a Walmart Account Cost?

The price depends on the account: its age, the size of its selling history and what it carries. Starting prices are listed in the FAQ on our home page. The exact figure for a specific Walmart account comes with that account's details, on the call.

Book the call and you see the account and its price together.
