Buy a Walmart seller account
Seller Accounts sells approved, aged Walmart Marketplace accounts, typically between $6,000 and $10,000. We have completed 1,700+ account transfers since 2020, every one on a signed agreement with escrow.
On Walmart the barrier is not competition. It is getting in at all.
Why is Walmart worth being on?
Walmart Marketplace hosts roughly 150,000 active sellers. Amazon hosts over two million. That gap is the entire pitch: the same buyer traffic, split between far fewer sellers, which shows up directly in margin.
The catch is that Walmart is selective about who it lets in. Approval is an application with no guaranteed outcome, and plenty of capable sellers simply do not get through, or wait months to find out.
Why not just apply?
You should, if you have the time. Applying is free and it is the right first move.
People buy an account when the application has already failed, or when the wait is costing more than the account does. If you have stock landed and capital committed, months in a queue is not a neutral outcome, it is a real cost that never appears on an invoice.
Approved account versus a fresh application
| Fresh application | Approved aged account | |
|---|---|---|
| Getting approved | An application queue with no guaranteed outcome and no published timeline | Already approved and trading |
| Competition | Same as everyone else, once you eventually get in | Same, but you are in now rather than later |
| Trading history | None, so no supplier or distributor credibility | An established record on the marketplace |
| WFS eligibility | Available, but you need the account first | Account already exists, so nothing is blocked on approval |
| Time to first sale | Weeks to months, mostly spent waiting | As soon as you have stock |
What does a Walmart account cost?
Typically $6,000 to $10,000, based on accounts we have actually booked. The band is tighter than Amazon's because there are fewer variables: no brand-ungating ladder and no FBA capacity tiers, so pricing turns mainly on trading history and standing.
Full pricing across all three platforms is on the account pricing breakdown.
How does the transfer work?
You inspect the account live before any money moves. Real account on screen, not screenshots: standing, history, category access.
If it fits, everything goes in writing, funds go through escrow, and you get a guided handover with a full security setup rather than credentials in an email. Every transfer carries a 30-day replace-or-refund. The whole process is written out step by step.
